How :
1. SOFIME helps you identify what you’re looking for, depending on your budget, the area where you’d like to buy, and your personal situation that will shape your project.
We then agree on a visit schedule for Parisian and suburban homes. You give us official authorisation to start the search for you. You will not be charged anything at this stage.
2. Thanks to our wide network and pro-active attitude, we soon send you a selection of homes you might like to visit and organise the schedule of the day planned for visits. The day before D-day, we email you the details of all the visits we’ve arranged so that you can visualise them geographically. Whenever possible, we will pre-visit the various selected homes and send you reports about them so as to avoid any waste of time.
3. If you’re coming from abroad and from elsewhere in France, SOFIME can organise your stay in Paris if you find it more convenient.
4. We will be with for all the visits. At the end of the day, we will recap together what we’ve seen and help make an informed decision and a potential offer based on your preference and our expertise on the housing market in the specific area targeted.
5. Once the offer has been accepted, we will organise all the formalities for you to become the owner and see to it that everything is taken care of properly until you sign the actual property contract at the notary’s. We will of course be present on the day of the signature to make sure nothing goes array and you understand everything.
