Required documents

To find your future tenants, we will need the following documents from you as a landlord :
- Deed of property along with a proof of your civil status and a detailed description of your property
- Your last annual expenses report for your property
- You will be expected to provide the tenants with the following documents :
=> a diagnostic of Energetic performances: diagnostique des performances énergétiques - no older than 10 years
=> a certificate stating the natural and technical risks: état des risques naturels et technologiques - no older than 6 months
=> a lead-safe certificate: constat des risques d’exposition au plomb - no older than 6 years if you do have lead; if not no older than 30 years
=> property size: surface habitable
We will also organise an inventory of fixtures in the tenant’s presence.
